looking to purchase property in Colares area to turn into an organ B&B

we are hoping to relocate to the Colares area from beautiful, but cold, rural New Hampshire, USA and are looking for a property preferably in Ulgueira or Amocageme to turn into an organic B&B, perhaps even with a artisan gallery/antique shop attached.  During our two recent visits we realized that this is one of the most expensive parts of Portugal and the circa 400,000.- euros we have to invest might not be sufficient.  We don't mind renovating.  So if there's anyone out there who might know of a suitable property, please let us know!!
